Corona del Mar's Ryan Park Makes Last Attempt at 'The Bachelorette's' Love

On Monday night, Corona del Mar's Ryan Park, who got the boot a couple weeks ago, surprised Ashley Hebert at her luxury suite at the Namale Resort and Spa in Savusavu, Fiji.

Last week, Ashley met the families of remaining contestants Constantine, Ben F. and J.P.. Then they flew to Fiji to spend some last moments together before she makes her final decision.

"The beginning of the journey seems like years ago," Ashley said. No kidding, I feel like I've been watching this for years.

"I now have a really good handle on what I want in a man, in a husband."

As Ashley was primping in her suite, getting ready for her date with Ben F., CdM Ryan was en route to her suite. Suprise! Wearing a cute blue plaid shirt and his mandals, he walked to Ashley's suite in what had to be the longest walk of his life.

"I'm in Fiji right now," CdM Ryan said. Thanks pal, given the lush surroundings I thought your were at Roger's Gardens.

"I'm going to surprise Ashley. She has no idea. I feel like there are things unsaid. We had something. What if she is regretting sending me home? I gotta see Ashley one more time. I want to feel like I put everything into this, if there is love to be had," he said.

Knock Knock.

Ashley answers the door. 

Ashley : Ry! What's going on!!

Ryan : Hi

They hug. 

Ashley : What are you doing here? My head is racing.

Ryan : Mine too. Can we sit down?

Ashley : I'm ... whoa!

Ryan : Alright, so ... good to see you. In Taiwan it was great, but it was hardly a conducive environment for passion. (He was talking about their actual one-on-one date where they broke bricks together and he talked about saving money on your water bill). I didn't see it coming. I went home, got back in the swing of things, got back into work, but I kept thinking we didn't have a chance to think things through. It's been on my mind nonstop.

(So Ryan called host Chris Harrison and said, "I know I'm not suppose to do this, but I have to see Ashley again." More conflict and drama on the show? Of course Chris Harrison wouldn't mind if you flew to Fiji to surprise Ashley.
