Dr. Joe specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology with particular interests in skin cancers, psoriasis, and laser surgery, and is regarded as an expert on cutaneous lymphomas. Prapand “Dr. A” Apisarnthanarax, M.D., F.A.C.P., is a Board-certified Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and is also board-certified in Dermatopathology. Dr. A completed his Dermatology residency training at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Dr. A trained in Dermatopathology at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, where he went on to serve on the faculty as an Associate Professor and as Director of Dermatopathology for 10 years. He established the current dermatology practice now known as Clear Lake Dermatology in 1981. Dr. A. has been an author on 25 publications throughout his career. He has particular interests in skin cancers and serves as the dermatopathologist for the practice.
